Contact support
Email info@certdone.co.uk from the address used for your CertDone account. Include your business name and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment-card details.
Email supportSign-in problems
Check that you entered the same email address used for the account or team invitation. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Request a fresh code if the previous one has expired.
Certificate or email problems
Saved certificates remain in the customer’s history even if an email fails. Open the certificate history to review the PDF, confirm the recipient address and try sending again.
Billing
The iPhone and iPad app does not offer purchases or display external purchase links. Existing business subscriptions are administered by the business owner through CertDone’s secure web account.
Your data
Business owners can download a complete JSON export or permanently delete the account from Business settings. Export important records before requesting deletion.
